Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Germany and Austria. No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery is estimated at 4–8 business days, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Estimates may vary because of carrier or customs delays outside our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at https://orenovia.com/apps/parcelpanel.

Customs and Import Charges: Where applicable, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact info@orenovia.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
